Ohio Fuzzy Pawz will once again have a booth at the All American Pet Expo. Please stop by and check out some of the merchandise handmade by our fosters, volunteers and supporters. 100% of the proceeds from merchandise sells will support the dogs rescued by Ohio Fuzzy Pawz. Ohio Fuzzy Pawz is decorating for the Best-Dressed Booth Contest. With your vote we can win a 20x20 booth for the 2015 All American Pet Expo. Please complete and turn in a voting slip at the AA Pet Expo Booth. We appreciate your vote. Nominations for the various "Best" Awards categories will take place online and continue at the Pet Expo. Please nominate Ohio Fuzzy Pawz as the "Best" Pet Rescue Group. Please nominate your "Best" online and also register to win free pet food for a year at http://www.columbuspetexpo.com. Rescue Fundraiser Auction - Saturday, April 26th at 5pm is the live auction in the Main Arena. Online bidding begins Tuesday, April 15th at http://www.columbuspetexpo.com. Auction proceeds will be split amongst the participating rescues. Help us make history! Mark your calendars for May 6th 2014 - we're participating in Give Local America, a 24 hour online giving event for charities, and we'd love your support! Ohio Fuzzy Pawz rescues dogs that have extraordinary medical needs that can be taken care of. These dogs are often overlooked because of the high cost of the medical care they need. Your support will assist with the veterinary care involved in rescuing and preparing these wonderful dogs for their forever home. Be a part of giving these dogs the second chance they deserve. Village Valuables - The City's Biggest Yard Sale!
The German Village Society presents the biggest yard sale in the City of Columbus! More than 10,000 bargain-hunters from all over Central Ohio flood German Village for the city’s biggest yard sale day. Residents set up shop on the sidewalks, and in their yards and garages, selling their treasures: everything from housewares to antiques and plenty of one-of-a-kind items that make this an annual destination event. A very generous supporter of Ohio Fuzzy Pawz has offered space for us to setup and sell our treasures. 100% of the yard sale proceeds will help the OFP dogs. We are grateful for this opportunity and are anxious to attend this huge yard sale. Come out and see what treasures you can find at the German Village Yard Sale.

The last two Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Calendars were such a success; we have once again decided to put together a calendar to help show off OFP adopted alumni. So get your cameras ready!
RESERVE A MONTH IN THE 2015 OFP CALENDAR
You can showcase and share your OFP dog, as part of a monthly display for $25.00. We are asking for 3 photographs. Only one of the photographs will be used on a monthly display. Entries will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Entries must be OFP dogs , and no humans in the pictures, please.

2015 CALENDAR COVER CONTEST
We look forward to seeing the wonderful entries for our Calendar Cover Contest! We would love to see your OFP dog on the front of the 2015 OFP calendar! For $15, OFP adopters can submit up to 3 digital photos for each OFP dog who would like a chance to be on the cover.
One photo of each OFP entry not chosen for the cover will appear in the 2015 calendar, as part of a collage of all entries. The winner will be drawn by lottery.
You can reserve a chance in the cover contest for $15. Please see payment options below.

Photograph requirements: Only digital photos will be accepted and must be received by midnight on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Please do not send digital photographs unless you are the photographer. Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept professional photos. Photos must be full size, good quality and taken with a camera of at least 4 megapixels.

Four times per year PetSmart Charities bring together thousands of U.S., Canadian and Puerto Rican local animal welfare groups to host adoption events at more than 1,300 PetSmart stores. Over the last two years, pet adoptions during National Adoption Weekends have jumped from 3,500 to more than 18,000 in a single weekend. In May of this year over 15,000 adoptions took place during the National Adoption Weekend. Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue completed six adoptions during the May event and our goal for September is to complete eight adoptions.
